At a meeting today in Milan chaired by Roberto Colaninno, the Board of Directors of Piaggio & C. S.p.A. examined and approved the 2006 draft financial statements, to be presented at the Shareholders’ Meeting called for 27 April (first call) and 7 May (second call).
