Milan, 3 January 2012 - Piaggio & C. S.p.A. announces the purchase, on December 20, 2011, December 21, 2011, December 23, 2011, December 28 and 2011, December 29, 2011, of no. 324.782 treasury shares at the average prices indicated here below, for a total amount of Euro 582.938,35, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholders’ Meeting held on 13 April 2011 (previously communicated as per article 144 bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999).
